Marco Tarantino is an associate attorney with Dobson, Berns & Rich, LLP, who practices in the area of employment law. As part of his practice, Marco represents federal sector employees in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).
Prior to joining the firm, Marco was an NIB Policy & Employment Fellow with Envision, Inc., the second largest employer of individuals who are blind or have low vision in the United States. He conducted field research there to understand how federal affirmative action laws affect individuals who are blind or have low vision and their ability to acquire and retain competitive employment. In law school, Marco served as a Student Attorney in the Civil Rights of Persons with Disabilities Clinic, located within the National Association of the Deaf headquarters.
Marco is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Kansas, Illinois, and Missouri, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
