Jonathan Berns is an AV-rated attorney and partner with Dobson, Berns & Rich, LLP. Throughout his career, Mr. Berns has dedicated his practice to the representation of individuals in employment, sexual harassment, and civil rights litigation.
He has litigated well over 100 employment cases in the federal and state courts, has successfully obtained multiple verdicts and has prevailed before state and federal courts of appeals on multiple occasions. Mr. Berns also frequently provides counsel to individuals in a non-litigation settings, including the negotiation of employment contracts, separation agreements, and non-compete agreements.
He is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and multiple federal courts. He is an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and Missouri Bar Association.
