Jerome Dobson is the managing partner of Dobson, Berns & Rich, LLP. For many years, Mr. Dobson has dedicated his practice to representing individuals in employment litigation and other civil rights cases, as well as providing advice and counseling regarding various employment matters. He litigates cases in both federal and state courts and has obtained numerous substantial verdicts and settlements on behalf of employees. He has also successfully argued cases in federal and state courts of appeals.

Mr. Dobson is licensed to practice law in all Missouri state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and the District of Columbia, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
