Gregory Rich practices in the area of employment law and is affiliated with the firm as Of Counsel. He joined the firm in 1996 and exclusively represents employees in matters arising out of the employment relationship, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, and wrongful discharge.

Mr. Rich has successfully tried many cases in both state and federal courts and has obtained three verdicts in excess of one million dollars. He has also obtained numerous settlements on behalf of employees and has successfully argued cases before the Missouri Supreme Court, Missouri Court of Appeals, and United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Mr. Rich is licensed to practice law in all Missouri state courts. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits.
