After a three-day jury trial, Gregory Rich obtained a verdict in St. Francois County, Missouri, on behalf of a female employee of the Missouri Department of Corrections who was subjected to unwelcome sexual harassment by two of her male co-workers at Farmington Correctional Center. The jury awarded the plaintiff $120,000 for emotional distress that she suffered as a result of the harassment and assessed $750,000 in punitive damages against the Missouri Department of Corrections.
